Casumo is only available to players aged 18 and above. When registering, you must confirm that you are at least 18 years old. Your place of residence must be in Germany to open a player account.

After registration, your details are automatically checked against the Schufa database. During the first 72 hours you can use the service, but deposits are capped at a maximum of 100 euros. Casumo recommends completing verification within this time.

Verification usually happens automatically after your first deposit if your details match the account holder information. Alternatively, you can use the AutoIdent process, where your ID document is captured via camera – this process takes less than a minute.

Casumo offers several tools to help you control your gambling. After registration, you can set personal limits on your monthly deposits. The default setting is 1.000 euros per month, and you can adjust this amount at any time.

The maximum stake per game round is set at 1 euros. In addition, there is a game round limit: as soon as 120 game rounds within 10 minutes are reached, the game is automatically put on pause.

You also have access to an overview of your winnings and losses, so you can review your play history at any time. This transparency helps you understand your gambling behaviour and make informed decisions.

You can block your player account at any time. A block is an effective tool if you notice your gambling is getting out of control. Casumo is connected to the OASIS exclusion register – a central database for player blocks in German gambling.

Any block you register with Casumo is also effective at all other licensed online gambling sites in Germany. This prevents you from registering under the same details at other providers. Self-exclusion can apply for a set period or permanently.
